The meaning of names of some Chinese Characters

Hello, it's me again.

I tried to find out the exact names and meanings of some Chinese characters appeared in Season 2. Here are my suggestions:

Zhi – 志 (Target) or 智 (Wisdom)
Pang Zi – 胖子 (Fat Man)
Tian Li – 天理 (Natural Law)
Mei Li – 美麗 (Beautiful)
Prince Zhu – 朱太子 (Zhu 朱 is the surname of emperor of China at that time, i.e. the Ming Dynasty)
Long Chow (Long Zhao) – 龍爪 (Dragon Claw)

Start from Left:
春: Spring Season (It has the meaning of beginning of a year too)
永: Forever or Eternal
福(Not quite sure): Fortune or Good Luck
The fourth character cannot figure out

Combining all the four characters, I cannot find out the exact meaning. What I can say is China was an agricultural country and so spring was a very important season towards Chinese. These four words should be related to good luck and good harvest to last forever, I think.

N.B. Chinese characters should be read from right at that time.

I've failed to figure out which taoist temple the disigner modeled on. Maybe I didnt tried hard enough.
By the way, what is written on the lanterns ans the banners of the rear wall?

I wonder if all the writting as supposed to mean something??? The bigger ones obviously yes, but the smaller one could be simple drawings? (while zooming they appear to be somehow different, don't know how to explain, as I do not read chinese )

I now guess the fourth character is '幸'.

Read from right to left, the first two characters are '幸福' which has the meaning of 'fortune'. The third and fourth characters are '永春', which has the meaning of 'forever spring'. But I think they may have the meaning of 'forever vitality' or 'forever healthy', because '春' is also a common Chinese character used in the names of Chinese medicine or herb shops in Hong Kong.

So these fours characters together may have the meaning of 'fortune and forever healthy/vitality'.

However, for the other characters, I really have no idea. They may be some drawings as Routard suggested and without actual meaning.
