The only solution is to have a virtual private network (VPN) and choose an address in Australia. But there is the quetion of rights... It costs about $5~10 per month.
Or try to ask someone living in Australia...

Wow, I've made it! I've changed the proxy of Mozilla Firefox into Australian IP and I can watch episodes on this Australian website. It's for free - you only need to registrate on their website for free (for example by Facebook). You can also download episodes using a plug for Firefox. For example http://fvdmedia.com/fvd-quick-guide-new/ But first you need to change a proxy.

The second good information is that I've found the link to all 26 English episodes! But I understand that it's forbidden to post it here in public. If you want it, you know what to do

P.S. Before I start to watch season 3 I need to watch again season 2! I don't remamber a lot. And I hope that English version of season 4 will be released faster... If the 4th season in France will air in 2020, I hope in 2021 we will get the English voices... Maybe some petition? Or maybe French fans could help in 2020 and make subtitles or at least write summaries of the episodes in English, so people after watching French version could understand it before English voices would be released?

I find some information about the broadcast time of Season 3 in UK, which is in coming September 2019. Of course the source of this information is not known:

If this information is true, the release of DVD/Blu-ray of Season 3 English dubbing version maybe after that...
